Chen Yingxin, female, born in 1971, associate professor, doctor of laws. She has obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Southwest Minzu University, a Master of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and a Doctor of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Her main research fields are criminal procedure law and judicial system. She has published a number of papers inSocial Science Research,Procedural Law Review,Xiamen University Law Reviewand other journals, and her representative works are “Review and Suggestion of China;s Criminal Trial Procedure”, “Procuratorial Power and Its Supervision”, and “Consideration on the Rationality of China’s Criminal Procedure Law”. She presided over one provincial soft science project, and participated in three research projects supported by National Social Sciences Fund and provincial and ministerial-level philosophy and social science funds.
