Lei Xiaoming, born in 1963, graduated from the Department of Agricultural Economics of Sichuan Agricultural University in 1984, graduated from the Graduate School of Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences in 1987, and obtained a master's degree in economics from Southwest University of Finance and Economics.
Resume:
1987–1991, he worked as an editor of the magazineRural Economy of Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences.
1991-1999, he engaged in research work in the Institute of Rural Economy, Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences. In 1998, he was approved as Associate Researcher.
1999–2001, he was appointed Deputy Mayor of Science and Technology of Pingshan County, Yibin City. During the assignment period, he organized the compilation of the Tenth Five-Year Plan of Pingshan County, cooperated with Sichuan Agricultural University, and won the national investment and construction project of pest and disease prediction system for the county.
2001.11–2005.07, he engaged in teaching in the Department of International Economics, School of Humanities, Southwest Jiaotong University, with the title of Associate Professor. So far, the courses he has lectured include: marketing, enterprise management, corporate image planning, currency and banking, world economics, contemporary Chinese economy, etc.
2005.07–present, he has been engaging in teaching and research in School of Public Administration of SWJTU.
The main research achievements are as follows:
1. Enterprise towards CI era, Monograph (co-author), Chengdu University of science and Technology Press, September 1994.
2. Ci and corporate image planning (co-author), Chengdu University of science and Technology Press, September 1995. The monograph won the second prize of elephant social science and the first prize of excellent social science achievement of Sichuan Association of science and technology.
3. Tibet tourism resources development and utilization plan. The planning report was highly praised by experts and adopted by the land and Land Department of Tibet.
I am one of the two authors of the project. The report is very comprehensive, detailed and specific. It is highly appraised by the planning department of the high-tech zone and adopted by the high-tech zone.
5. Feasibility study report on the establishment of Sichuan grain and oil group. The report is a systematic feasibility study and analysis report on the establishment of Sichuan grain and oil group.
